Q: Do you have to be a student to live here?
A: No, we are predominantly a student community, however it is not a requirement.

Q: What is included in the rent?
A: EVERYTHING! Electric, water, sewer, cable, high speed internet and unlimited local telephone.

Q: Do I have to bring my own roommates? How do I find roommates?
A: No, we have a professional and personalized roommate match service available FREE of charge.

Q: What if I have problems with my roommates, Can I move to another apartment?
A: yes, however; there is a transfer fee due at the time of your move.

Q: Can we bring our own DVD to watch in the Movie Theatre?
A: Absolutely, providing there is not another movie playing at that time.

Q: Can we use the clubhouse late at night?
A: Yes, the clubhouse is open until 11:30 pm, 7 days a week. You can play video games, watch a movie, study on the computers, work out, use the tanning booth, play pool, foosball or darts, watch TV or just hang out with your friends on the comfortable couches.

Q: Can we have a pet?
A: Regretfully, pets are not allowed at Boardwalk.

Q: Is there security?
A: Boardwalk is a controlled-access community. We will soon have video monitoring of the front gate so you can screen visitors from your television set. There are also alarms in every apartment, panic buttons in every bedroom, and a courtesy officer on premises from 6 pm to 7 am.

Q: How far to Campus?
A: Just 1.5 miles to FSU, .5 miles to Tallahassee Community College, and 3.5 miles to FAMU. Check out the map!

Q: If my roommate moves out or does not pay rent does that effect my lease?
A: Absolutely NOT. Each and every lease is individual. You are only responsible for your lease. Also, you will not be responsible for finding a replacement should any of the bedrooms become vacant.

Q: I have a full time job, do my parents still have to sign a guarantor form.
A: Yes. All of our leases are required to have a Parental or Sponsor Guaranty form signed and notarized before being approved to move in.

Q: How big are the windows in each room?
A:Bedroom A: 35 ½ x 58 ¾

Q: How big is the bed?
A: The exact dimensions are 66x 51. It fits Queen sheets.

Q: How big is all the furniture?
A: The dresser is 63 ½ x 15 ¾ x 33 ¾. The nightstand is 25 7/8 x 15 ½ x 24 ¼.

Q: When is rent due?
A: The first of every month. Payments must be made in either check or money order. We do NOT accept cash or credit card at this time.

Q: Are grills allowed?
A: Grills are not allowed on your balcony, breezeway or in your apartment as they violate safety rules and regulations stated in your lease.
